I don’t know what I would do without this place. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I see their athletic therapist, massage therapist (Krista) and they also have a personal trainer. Everyone works together to help you out in anyways you need. I’ve been going there for over 4 years now for maintenance to ensure I’m in my best shape for whatever life throws at me.
