I had a 1hr massage today with Laura Sands and she was fantastic! Extremely thorough in the pre massage assessment and applied the perfect amount of pressure to the areas of discomfort. She also gave me a few exercises and stretches to do while I wait for my next visit. Felt amazing during and after my session. Very happy!

I've been to Deep Rooted Massage just once and already I know I'll be a steady client. Jerika was my massage therapist and she did wonders. I suffer from extreme sciatic pain and didn't know what to do anymore. Jerika was very knowable and very professional. She explained what she was going to do and why. I felt so much better afterwards. It'll take a while for me to get better but I'm sure I have started the road to recovery this morning! Thank you!

I had my first visit to Deep Rooted Massage yesterday. Staff extremely friendly, covid-19 protocols in place and very organized. I had my 75 minute massage done by Colleen. One of the best massages I have had in a long time!! She has some seriously strong hands to keep the strong pressure the same for that long. She was so sweet and respectful throughout the whole experience. I would recommend Colleen 100%!! I most definitely will go back again in the future.

This was my first time getting a massage here. The location is good, the staff were friendly and the place was set up very nicely. Unfortunately, no one told me that I had to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paper work as well as spend 10 minutes going over the focus points of the massage. As a result, my 1 hour appointment turned into a 35 minute massage, but they still charged me for the entire hour. There was no communication about this and I was very unimpressed. Although only 35 minutes, the massage was well done. I’m just not happy about being charged $100 for a 35 minute massage that should have been an hour.
