When I was 17, I had moderately severe OCD and I got put on a waiting list at the hospital for 7 months only for them to diagnose me and send me away after that first appointment. Dr. Chiddix gave me the tools I needed to treat my OCD and, after 3 years, I barely struggle with it anymore! She directed me to so many resources I would never have known about otherwise. I owe her my livelihood at this point. Thank you so much! CBT worked for me so much better than any medication ever could.
