I've been seeing Rolynda as a counsellor for over 3 years, and can not say enough good things about her practice. Rolynda approaches mental health holistically. While encouraging mindfulness, breath work, healthy communication and gentleness with our selves and the stories we create about ourselves, her methods are always grounded in science. She is exceptional at being exactly what you need in any session - whether you just need to talk through your thoughts or you want to explore a greater trauma or behaviour pattern, Rolynda reads the situation and adapts. I can say with complete confidence that Rolynda is an inclusive counsellor who tries to create a safe, trusted space for her clients. Working with her has truly changed my life; I am nearly 3 years sober, am starting university this fall, and am genuinely excited about the next chapter of my life, all things I did not think possible before our sessions together. I find myself referring to the techniques she's given me to cope everyday. I've even lost track of how many people I've recommended her to! All of them have had wonderful experiences and she's been completely professional with mine and their privacy. Rolynda is an incredible teacher, counsellor and catalyst for healing and growth. I am so grateful to have found her and look forward to many more sessions!

I took my daughter, who has various disabilities, ie. autism and is developmentally delayed, to Rolynda for counselling for her anxiety. Rolynda was also a teacher for my daughter in grades 6 and 7 and those were my daughter's best school years to date. Rolynda has a way with special kids. She has a warm and inviting personality which makes a person feel safe and comfortable. My daughter asks to go see Rolynda when she "needs someone to talk to because she is the best listener ever."
