Ive been seeing Kaitlin for 2.5 years and I don't know where I would be right now if I hadn't. I am forever grateful that I found Vancouver Phycology Centre. The atmosphere of the office is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend VPC to every and anyone.

A few years ago I was in a terrible place, I was overwhelmed and had really bad anxiety. I still do sometimes, but the ideas Dr Frohlick shared with me through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy has taught me to be okay with my anxiety in order to deal with it, it's made me happier overall. I didn't even remember about this until dug some charts and drawings up. I subconsciously took up the ideas and incorporated it into my life even many years later. It's kinda crazy

I’m so upset with the team of this facility… I had an appointment Feb 23, at 6 pm and they told me to arrive 10 min early. I’ve been calling them on the buzzer and on the phone and nothing. It says that it’s close at 4… so why they gave me an appointment at 6 pm. Therapy it’s not a joke… and I needed that. So many things I wanna say but you don’t worth the effort. Stop wasting our time for people we can’t find a solution for our mental health!
