The River’s Edge Counselling Centre is an excellent resource for supportive and professional counseling services for adults and families in St Albert Alberta. They are a leader in treatment for a whole range of issues with adults, teens and children. Look to them for help with parenting, anxiety and depression. It can be so hard to find someone you can trust, to talk about those things that are so private to you. I’ve known the owner Nicole for years, and consider her a trusted colleague. And, I know she has built an all-star team and a strong teaching centre to build excellence in everything they do. A great place to seek safe and confidential help, and an outstanding place to work! I would definitely refer my close friends and beloved family to River’s Edge Counselling Centre.

I have been a client here for about 2 years, and have felt constantly supported throughout. Whether I am needing to come in weekly during my worst times or just have monthly check-ins, I have never felt awkward or like some sort of burden. Cynthia is incredibly easy to talk to. I can't recommend River's Edge enough!

The front desk never ever pick up your call. When you leave a message you have to wait on your phone or you could never get someone to talk with.

Extremely unprofessional and incompetent office staff that share details of your visit with external parties. They kept messing up appointments and seemed clueless about customer service. They are also gossips (early twenties female assistant in particular) and don’t seem to care or understand what confidentiality means in their business. This is reflective of how this counselling centre is run. Avoid, unless you want your personal issues broadcast throughout St. Albert.
