This clinic and it’s staff changed my life! I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and all the related symptoms included: 1. Difficulty losing weight even though I cut out most of my sugar and carbs 2. Extreme irritability 3. Fatigue all day every day 4. Anxiety 5. Inability to keep focus or concentrate 6. Memory issues (both short term and long term) 7. Feeling ‘drugged’ when I wake up 8. Down mood sometimes 9. Acid reflux - heartburn 10. Zero patience The staff (Kathy, Marlee and Dr. Marvel) treated my sleep apnea right away. All symptoms improving thanks to them. Also, I work in healthcare and Kathy graciously accepted an invitation to do a presentation to our staff and patients on sleep disorders. Went above and beyond.

If it wasn't for MedSleep I would never have finished school. I have severe sleep apnea with no income or supports, and they helped me anyway. So kind, non judgemental, trans/GNC friendly. They actually care about their patients/clients(?). Thank you guys again so much ????????????

I have been a customer of medsleep for 2 years now I have wonderful service from the staff. Products are A1... staff can't be more helpful in setting up my c-pap machine or signing in with ResMed they have been just great dealing with my medical provider and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been with them for 6 years I don't know if there is enough words in the vocabulary to express how I feel towards this company from the moment I walked through the doors at their old location I was treated with kindness and respect and I knew I was in the right place my father who also has sleep apnea was dealing with another similar company who just treated him like a regular customer there is no kindness and they did lack a lot of respect to me I felt all they wanted was his money they charged an unbelievable amount of money for a refurbished machine and when it broke down instead of trying to fix it they would try and sell him a new one it got to the point that my father wouldn't even tell the family when his machine would break because he knew he just didn't have the money for new one or even a refurbished one at their prices I believe it was on my second visit seeing Marley and I mentioned what my father was going through right away she told me to have him call her because at this point he did have a broken machine at home he called her and they got him in right away and they fix him up with a new machine because they knew with all his health problems the sleep apnea would just intensified them even more he has been with them almost as long as me and he is very thankful for all of the crew that work there because he is not just treated like a customer but he is treated like he is special and so do I I realize it's a business but I feel when it comes to these guys it's not about the money it's about the care and taking care of the ones that need it I once told Marley I would love to meet her parents to shake their hands for raising such a wonderful human being just so full of kindness as they all are there no matter your income they will work with you to get you that machine to make you healthy they really do care

Worst service ever. I had my testing done almost two months ago and have not heard from them since. I did call them once in the meantime and they said they were backed up and would get to me when they could, still nothing. Definitely, would not recommend this place.

So relieved my breathing no longer pauses while I’m sleeping. I’m grateful that the machine allows me to get a proper sleep without my annoying snoring. If I nap, I even use it for napping. I don’t know what I’d do if I didn’t have a CPAP machine.

The doctor and staff have been most helpful and patient. I took a long time to get used to my CPAP machine. We tried all their masks until we found one that I could find comfortable. Also, they adjusted the settings slowly so I could gradually get used to the machine.
