It's been a tough year and a half for me, that's for sure! I was really grateful to have found someone like Jen at Leap Wellness. She was kind, empathetic and helped me navigate some really difficult things. It was tough for me to get the courage up to admit I needed a little help, but damn am I glad that I did. Jen made me feel safe enough to be honest and taught me some ways that I can refocus myself. The yoga was pretty fun too!
