Finding Sarah has been a staple in my journey to healing. We initially had a short consultation that led to the beginning of a very positive ongoing therapy experience. Sarah has such a wonderful way of making me feel comfortable safe & respected. Helping me realize & discover healthy boundaries and how to navigate standing by them. I was also blessed to be connected with another practitioner (tKathleen Pratt) that supported the physical aspect of healing trauma through yoga. Working with Sarah has truly been a pleasure & despite the Pandemic and initial difficulties navigating cyber-therapy, I was able to find comfort from my own home & still have these necessary appointments. I am forever grateful for the precious support she offers & how valuable doing this personal work has been, thank you so much Sarah ????
