I work in the mental health field, and would not recommend this counsellor, EVER! She is not sincere, she does not listen, and has zero empathy for her clients. I was seeing her regularly and lapsed for 2 months, and when my father was palliative, I reached out for an appointment by sending 2 emails. She did not respond to either of them. I wrote this review, and she responded within 40 minutes (I had waited days prior to this). What does that say about her? Additionally, she only replied to say that she was leaving me high and dry. She did not refer me to anyone else, and made no proper attempt to bridge the gap in services. This counsellor is negligent and I will be filing a complaint against her.
