I came to see Lana a few years ago, at a very low point in my life. I'd struggled with depression and anxiety for many years, but I honestly feel that she was the first person I felt truly able to talk to. While it may not be the same for everyone (obviously therapists and counselors are a personal choice), but I would recommend her to anyone who needs help. She cares, deeply, about her clients, and it shows. She worked with me to help develop coping skills and communication skills that I use to this day.
