Was hesitant to come in and get checked out to confirm I don’t have sleep apnea as I apparently snore pretty bad. No one likes going to get tested... but health and stuff. I called to make an appointment and they got me in when it suited my schedule. I was met by Elaine, who right off the bat was polite, professional and also personable. Going in apprehensive but then leaving feeling like you were talking to an old friend was a great experience. She was very informative, asked all the right questions and put me at ease. Went home with my dearth Vader starter kit and slept like a baby. Went back for my results, it was quick and easy. I was greeted again by a smiling Elaine who explained everything to me in full detail, gave me an A+ and send me on my way, I passed! (I didn’t get an A+ I was just happy I passed my test) I left without a bill of any kind and more importantly peace of mind that I’m sleeping normally. I would give more than a 5 star review if I could. I heavily recommend if anyone has any doubts, please go see Elaine at snore md ????????. Thank you again!

I’ve met a lot of nice people since moving to Fort St. John. They’re not hard to come by. But the people at Snore MD are among some of the nicest. I was going to wait to post a review until I was done and set up with my machine and mask, but I’ve realized that won’t come for a while. Not due to issues at all, but because of the terrific support they offer. It’s an ongoing process where they don’t just “make a sale” and send you on your way. They ensure you are set up and comfortable long into your treatment. Thank you all so much for your help so far and, to anyone thinking they might not be getting the most out of their sleep, I highly recommend seeing the people at Snore MD. They’ll take care of you.

I’ve been travelling up north this end of August and left a piece of my mask behind. Cassie was quick and friendly helping to track down the important piece I required. We managed to arrive minutes before closing and yet we were greeted with a smile and treated as if we had arrived earlier and as a long time client!! If you have trouble sleeping you may have sleep apnea! There’s no need to feel tired or have hazy thinking because you’re not sleeping well. Sleep apnea can cause you to have serious health issues. I have been using my CPAP machine for about six weeks now. I am very happy with the results. No more snoring , no more waking up with a mouth so dry I can’t swallow and I seem to be much less tired. My doctor even commented that my BP was down???? I found the girls at Snore MD in Fort St John very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend to anyone who has issues that they claim to deal with.
