Jade is amazing. I have a long history of compound sports injuries and had sworn off the ability to properly move my body as an adult. But Jade has been able to do what I thought couldn't be done and I've gained movement and rotation in muscles so tight that I haven't been able to properly move them in 10-15 years. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a real change from long-term pain. She's thorough, educational, and knows just where to find all the angry knots.

Jade is so amazing at creating a beautiful welcoming and relaxing space. She is very thorough. After experiencing discomfort from previous injuries jade was the best at listening and addressing what was bothering immediately. She truly deserves more than 5 stars you will not be disappointed!!
