I had the lymphatic drainage massage, and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. My body had been in so much pain and Jo knew exactly which areas to target giving me the most benefit for my time their. She explained each of the techniques and what they accomplished. The bed had comfort cushions too making it so comfortable. Can’t wait to go back for another one next week.

Jo is an amazing human, reflexologist, massage therapist, and mentor. I met her when I moved to Fort St. John and she was one of the only people I felt was truly loving and welcoming. She began healing my headaches while I was seeing her, and truly is a blessing to whomever she treats. Thank you Jo, you are an Angel <3

10/10 would recommend I love that she explained each of the techniques, and what she was doing while doing it, and what they accomplished. I have had between 50-100 professional massages and this is by far the best massage i have ever had. Jo's experience and knowledge is preeminent. I had knots I tried to have released for past few years, and she finally gave me the relief I was in search of.
