I have been taking physio from Bryce since they opened. The premises are bright and clean and all the equipment is new! They have a nice variety of equipment to use. I would recommend trying them out!

Physiotherapy can be an uncomfortable, nerve racking and unpleasant experience by its very nature. Freedom Physiotherapy has completely alleviated all of those apprehensions right from day one. All the staff consistently provide, what I believe, is the best atmosphere you can have - a bright, welcoming and friendly facility that immediately puts you at ease. I predominantly receive treatment from Bryce, and on occasion Mike, and appreciate their sharp knowledge and understanding about what they are doing, but also their ability to listen and work with you on a personal level. Without that, it would render even the most qualified physiotherapist ineffective. This is primarily the reason I would highly recommend Freedom to anyone who could use their services. Add in the fact they have a clean, warm and constantly updated facility, with high quality equipment, and Norah who is hilariously awesome, and I can confidently say they are the clear choice for physiotherapy in Fort St John. Places Iike this don't come around often.

Very poor stuff does not care. I have requested twice from them to get the results from the hospital from the MRI and the ultrasound for a proper physiotherapy. They don"t seem to care, if thy don"t why would I believe the Physiotherapist would care??

The team there not only got me back in shape but always did their best to make me smile when I was there even when I was depressed. While visiting FSJ for work I went skating, fell, and ended up in ER with a sore and swollen hand. The ER doc didn't see anything broken at first, but called the next day informing of a small fracture and directing me to see a physician. Unable to find a clinic able to see someone from out-of-town I was back in ER that night where a nurse kindly consulted the doc and sending me home w splint. Unfortunately the design prevented use of the hand at work. Unable to bear another long wait in ER to have it fixed, I called Freedom Physio and was greeted by a 'live' receptionist. On consulting physio Bryce she encouraged me to drop by over the lunch-hour so he could have look at the splint to determine a functional alternative. On arrival, Bryce immediately got to work adjusting the splint and shared some advice to ensured it healed well. Despite giving up their lunch hour, both he and the receptionist refused to let me pay insisting it wasn't a big deal. I left with a functional splint, helpful advise and gratitude for their readiness to help a stranger. This is what excellence in care looks like.
