Staff know there stuff but they need to spend less time drinking coffee and talking and more time with the patient. I went there to participate in a rehabilitation program and was hindered by other patients siting on the equipment talking on there cell phones texting or just generally talking. This was a frustration as I was made to believe you were there to train , and not use it as a coffee morning. Disappointed just glad my benefits paid for the course , which in mind i only attended three weeks out of a ten week rehab. It's my own determination and effort and a couple of sessions with a soft tissue massager that has helped me. The physio there tried to massage my knee through my leggings no oil and caused skin irritation and more pain she really didn't have a clue what she was doing in my respect, as the massage therapist did. Pivotal point massage is the place to go. Total thoughts staff get your act together.

Attended the clinic this morning as the result of a sports injury, which had occurred the previous day. The clinic was able to see me right away. Spoke with James Cameron who provided very good advice and was then referred to Katherine for an assessment. Very professional care, and received excellent treatment and advice, which resulted in a noticeable improvement, after just one hour at the clinic. Highly recommend this clinic for great care!!

Everyone was really good that I delt with except the OT. She was extremely pushy to get me back to work knowing that I wasn't ready. Will recommend for everything else but the Occupational therapist. Not a fan and won't be returning. She discharged me knowing that I had a cold and caught covid and yet she discharged me. Wouldn't recommend

Right from the intake assessment to every single appointment that i had the entire staff was incredibly helpful and sweet. The Chiropractor and physiotherapy assistant took the time to answer all my questions and teach me more about my body. Usually the doctor will attend you two to two hours and a half after your scheduled appointment. do not come on time or you will have a lot of time wasted waiting to be attended.

I went to see the General practioner today for a first appt. I have accomadations for school and I needed a signature and stamp to continue on since I moved from Red Deer. The doctor was dismissive of me and looked through the forms before telling me he would charge me $60 to fill out the forms. I had a couple other questions, but once I said no to paying the $60 he ended our appointment right then and there. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a doctor and I had a few more questions about serious health issues that were left unanswered. I do not recommend this doctor and I will not be going back. Very disappointed.

I had a first appointment of the day at 9:00 am and I reached sharp @ 8:55 before doctor starts checking patients but the receptionist at the desk put me 3rd to meet with doctor . I asked her the reason and her explanation was not satisfactory , she said that it was urgent then while meeting with Dr. I complained to the doctor and asked him that what is the meaning of taking appointment ? Dr. assured me that she will speak to that lady . I am angry on that lady at the desk , as I feel that she was doing the partiality and favours' .

After having moved to Sudbury mid-treatment, CBI Health was there to pick up my case. Having been with the same physio since 2019, moving to a new company was a bit unnerving, but CBI, with their fantastic team and knowledge base helped put my mind at ease. Being with them for the past 5 months, they have helped with strength training, and a return to work program that is catered to my needs and abilities. I was assigned to CBI by Worksafe. They treat you like a school child and talk down to you. Don't really do much with you, but stand and gossip with each other. Walk past once in a while, and glance at you. If you on a WSB claim don't expect to hear back once the claim is up. Not even a simple reply that says you're no longer my patient so I can't respond to The messages you sent yesterday when you were. My team completely missed that I had bone on bone injuries and sent me back to work despite my telling them I was still in constant pain that wasn't getting better. My pt retold WS that I had no limitations and there wS nothing more that could help this client. Further therapy would not benefit me. Three months later I needed a TK R.

I was injured doing physio here for almost two months the nurses acted like they cared but I had very minimal results still unable to return to run heavy equipment and I don't know why, despite my struggle they told me they were not able to help me any longer as they apparently did all they could and sent a report to wcb that I was fit to return to work with no limitations?! I'm not sure if it was personal or they just don't care for anyone's well being. I always knew they were two faced.

Mark Johnson has helped me when I had severe vertigo a few years ago. I went to two doctors before I went to see him who prescribed medication that didn't help at all. Mark treated me and gave me exercises to do. He is professional, knowledgeable and personable.

Dr Fawole is a great doctor. The front staff are super friendly and helpful. It gets crazy busy at times so expect to wait a long time to get in to see the doctor even with an appointment. First time I've had physio and the facility is good to get back to work. My physiotherapist Jayati has done a great job getting things back on track for my return to normality.

Polite and professional staff in a relaxing and clean atmosphere. Front desk staff are attentive and greet you upon entering, they really get to know patients who regularly use ther services. Gym has a good selection of equipment to assist the staff help you recover. Without the help of Dr. B, Ricky, Andrea and the other wonderful staff I wouldn't be as functional as I am these days.

Go anywhere but here for pre access d/a testing. Went here last week. Was suppose to be express. The lady doing the testing was not professional. Claimed my urine was inconclusive. I had a test done the day before for a different job at I.W.C.T with no issues. DO NOT go here if you want to be treated fairly.

horrible wait time. the girls are nice at the front desk but the wait times are disgusting. every single time I've been here i have an appointment and every single time i wait at least an hour past it due to backups or some other reason. I've been waiting for over an hour sitting with a blown disc in my lower back just to get a prescription refill. dont expect a quick visit here unless its physio then it's not bad.

She seems to also be in charge of billing which I understand must happen at a medical place such as this, but this second receptionist I speak of has never made it easy or a breeze to deal with.

Receiving treatment for a rollover accident at this location. The staff are very kind and understanding. I would recommend seeing these guys first if you have any issues that are causing your body to be in pain. Very knowledgeable about the human body and how to properly get it back to where it was. And keep on those stretches.

There are general practice doctors out of this clinic- you can never reach them! It is impossible to make an appointment's because the service is so poor. Even if you do make an appointment, it is usually behind schedule. But if you accidentally dial the physio therapy side of the clinic they pick up. You can see where the priorities are.

This clinic is bought for and paid for by the big oil companies to give improper diagnosis's and treatments. Don't ever go here. My independent physiotherapist gave me a clear bill of health, with several other doctors until a company hired these people to tell the company what "they wanted to hear" and no I'm out of work. Never go here, they are a big corporation being funded by big corporate greed. They look after themselves, not their patients.
