I feel bad to give a low review, but it is important to me. I've had a difficult time finding a therapist that made me feel listened to. I reached out to "Healing the Mind" after my previous therapist was a no-show for some appointments, and had forgotten important points we talked about. So, I emailed and said my availability was after 4:00 during the week and anytime on weekends. She replied and said she would love to take me on as a client and asked me to come in on a Monday at 1:00. I felt as if she hadn't even read my email or that she didnt regard my availability as important. I completely understand if there is no appointment slots for my availability. My availability has been very stressful because it's very hard to find mental health help within it. But not acknowledging what I had said at all made me already feel unimportant.

Somewhat of a mixed review as I wish I had gone over in a little more detail what we needed to get out of the sessions. I personally did not feel I got what I wanted however that said, that might have been on my end. Therapist was very friendly and overall it was a pretty positive experience, even if the result at the end of the day did not really achieve the things I was hoping for.

Been with Tiffany a long time now. Tried out a few councillors before her and can really appreciate her style. Helped me through some really hard time.
