Reception is hard to contact sometimes, especially through phone, and the setup in the waiting area is horrendous. You have to pick a number and sit down and wait for your number to be called before you can go to the desk, even if it's just to tell them that you're there for your appointment. I've had times where I showed up to an appointment 10 minutes early, and my number wasn't called for 15 minutes, which then puts everything behind, because my doctor may be ready for me, but because I must wait for my number to check in at reception, the doctor doesn't know I'm there. I'm giving 4 stars because reception isn't great, but Dr. Lacelle is amazing. 10000% recommend her for anything you may need. I've never had a better doctor.

Reception needs a lot of work. Wait times are horrible, regularly on hold for over 10 mins trying to make an appointment. Always have to wait a while to get checked in, and then wait another chunk of time to actually get in to see the doctor. However, my current doctor (whom I see here) is the best I've ever had. She's the only reason the clinic gets ANY stars from me.

Not professional. Firstly the front staff are rude most of the time to an almost comical degree, they know they aren't tipped and don't care about you . Seccondly Even if you need an in person oppointment you can't have one and if you request it will be ignored regardless of nessesity . Been that way since covid started. Thirdly , you get charged for missing phone oppointments even if the call is half an hour early or late and from an unregistered number for maximum amount of sketchyness . Fourthly, if you need to refill your prescription you need to take up opportunities for oppointments from others and the doctors don't like to proscribed refils so every 2 weeks the phone tag starts up again for a prescription nobody would ever abose or use for anything other than as intended ,you're pretty much punished with obstacles for needing prescriptions in a way no other doctors have ever put patients through. Even if your pharmacy goes through the trouble of directly contacting the doctor to remind them to issue the refill the office will just deny they were ever contacted . It's honestly a scam to rake in money for misses oppointments that never needed to be made in the first place and were never going to be when they were scheduled. If there wasn't such a hellish shortage of GPs and walk in services this clinic would not exist .

Call them to get an appointment, they will tell you that you have one for whenever and for what, yet when you arrive there they will tell you they can't do what they said over the phone. They will insist that you are wrong but you assure them that they said it; they will not budge while staring at their computer mindlessly like they are in a trance. Call them for an appointment and they will say there are no appointments for the day available but you can come to the walk-in as per their website. You arrive there promptly and they tell you their physicians are out already. This is why emerg is filled with people who don't need that level of care.
