I suppose my biggest complaint is that Dr Rodriguez-Rubio made a generalization about me based on my occupation - an occupation for which I am proud of and have used in very positive ways over the years not the least of which would be charitable causes all over the world - and judged me accordingly, without knowing anything about me (other than my appearance. I believe she used the word "problematic". I have a lowly Arts degree but even I know not to judge people before getting to know them. It could be a cultural thing, who knows. In any case I wasn't only displeased but fascinated at her approach. Honestly all I came out of there thinking was that my daughter should try and work in the same field because the bar is low and it pays well. I'm sorry for the negativity but this is my honest opinion and felt I should post.

Dr. Rodriguez Rubio is excellent. I was reluctant to start therapy (as a man I was not used to discussing my feelings in any depth) but this therapist made me feel comfortable and understood, while still challenging me to confront unresolved issues. It was hard (and expensive) work but completely worth the investment. I cannot say how grateful I am for Dr. Betty! I am where I am today thanks to her guidance.
