Had an appointment booked, but had a hip injury days before and lost track of time. I got a call from Helen 25 mins before the appointment I had forgotten , instead of telling me there was a cancellation fee, or saying anything about my Injury she told me over and over how "well I wont be paid for this now, you didnt tell me so now I wont get paid, I could of booked someone else, but now I wont get paid". I was a bit taken back as I was in agony and surpised at her reaction. So I was like, "okay I apologize but again I just came from getting xrays from my hip" she responded with "right, well you should focus on that and not this" and hung up. May I suggest "Tapping in" on Audible for 19.99 rather than trusting intimate and hard work at $120 with this "mental health worker". It will be better effective and far for more caring.
