I arrived on a Friday morning at 0830. They told me to come back for 1000 as it would be a bit of a wait. I went and did some groceries and made it back for 0935 just in case. At 1200, I still had not seen a doctor. The reason for my visit was just to get a refill on birth control... The staff are not accurate in giving patients a time frame. There are constantly people coming in for scheduled appointments and the staff is not very organized.

Called to confirm no wait as is said on medimap. Arrived 20 min later to an empty office only to have the reception claim there was no doctor.. Then change his mind and say he was full. I saw the doctor as I walked in too. Thanks for having me drag a sick kid around for no reason. Unprofessional!!!

Doctor was extremely rude and dismissive. Basically told me I shouldn't have come to his clinic and should go to a family doctor instead - something impossible in Victoria, which he admitted. He refused me multiple services, including to schedule me for a follow-up ultrasound to make sure a tumor that was found last year has not grown, something which I was told was medically necessary by a different doctor, because it sounded "elective" to him. He said his clinic is not a "walk-in referral service", which is funny because I've never had a problem getting referrals anywhere else. If you have the option of going elsewhere, do so.

This clinic has horrible ethics. Our buisiness in the neighborhood asked if one of our staff could come just before 5 closing time. They said OK then turned her saying someone else needed more urgent medical attention.

The reception at this place has to be the worst in the city. Rude, forgetful, and disorganized... pretty sure they show preferential treatment to people they know. On the upside, the doctors are quite knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Esquimalt treatment center.... time to start re-training your reception.... this is the face of your practice.
