I was interested in coming here for counseling and was very disappointed in their lack of communication. I filled out the form on their website and didn't hear back for a few weeks, so I called the number listed. There is no receptionist or central voicemail system; you have to leave a message with a specific therapist. I wasn't sure which therapist would be the best fit and if they were taking new clients, so I picked one at random and left a voicemail. Her outgoing message that she returned voicemails on Monday and Tuesday evenings. It's been another 3 weeks and I haven't heard back. I think it's irresponsible to not have better communication with potential clients, especially when it takes courage and vulnerability to reach out for support. I now have an appointment with a therapist at Kells Counselling, which has both a receptionist and an intake coordinator to match clients with the right therapist.

Some of the best psychologists in Edmonton, highly trained, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to helping people. You would be hard pressed to find a better team of psychologists in Edmonton. Can not recommend enough, if you are on the fence, do yourself a favour. Janice, Holly, and Krista are phenomenal people.
