The best thing I have done for myself. Before I went to insight, I felt like I couldn't achieve anything. I would be concerned about going to work, didnt want to face any challenges, and wanted to just stay in my house/not face the world. After a few session I found I grew in both my anxiety management skills, remembered how to look forward to things in life, and tackle life's objects that got in my way. I started just over 2 years ago and I still continue to go to my sessions to this day.

I have nothing but great things to say about Insight. I've had a couple of issues with appointments getting lost but mistakes happen and in the two or so years i've been going, it's only happened twice, I think. Front desk people are always really helpful and kind, really friendly. My therapist has been patient with me and has really helped me navigate through some really large traumas. I've had therapists before and there was never full fledged trust in them. But I trust my therapist at Insight completely.

I started out with Insight working evenings and weekends as a part time job while attending university. absolutely horrendous! The admin staff doesn't even know how to correctly book an appointment. Twice I arrived for my scheduled appointment (which had been confirmed via voicemail message) and was told that I had arrived at the wrong time. They called the therapist and she rushed over to the office but my therapy appointment was cut 20 minutes short due to the time conflict. I was still charged the full fee. I decided I'd book one more session and when they again made a mistake with the scheduled time, they CHARGED ME for a missed appointment (even though they had made the mistake) and asked me to PROVIDE PHYSICAL PROOF in the way of phone records and call logs. Nothing against the therapists as they seem wonderful, but the admin staff seem to be poorly trained and at best, absent minded.

Can't express how grateful I am to Insight. With what I went through (I don’t want to share that here), I don't think I could have moved forward without the help of my therapist and Insight. They even brought in a human rights specialist to discuss the employment side of my situation and looked at my options. The front line staff is always helpful so no concerns here.

My therapist at Insight Psychological guided me through the difficult process of leaving a longtime domestic abuse situation. He helped me immensely by providing the tools, advice and support that I needed to make life altering and positive changes in the lives of myself and my five children. My therapy experience has had a very profound and long lasting impact on our family by giving us hope for a better future. I doubt that we would be living the happy, healthy and safe lives that we enjoy today if it wasn't for the counselling that I received. The admin staff were also very caring and helpful. I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m blown away. The level of professionalism, compassion and efficiency from my councillor at Insight was just phenomenal. Everyone is different and has unique situations but in my case, they were able to help me feel so much better.

Me and my spouse of seven years were amazed and uplifted by the amazing staff at insight. The therapist was understanding and new just the right questions to ask to help bring us "insight" on each other and the obstacles in our relationship. The staff that booked us in was also kind and helpful and answered many of our questions, as we were new to the world of therapy and a tad leery about speaking to professionals about out personal life. To our surprise the staff made it very easy to work through and by the end of our first few sessions we looked forward to the next. Thank you to the staff at insight for all your help!
