Daniel has helped me through many challenges over the past 5 years with me accepting myself and my struggles with childhood, self-acceptance, and feeling lovable through the use of multiple tools ranging from mindfulness techniques to just listening to my past and my current struggles to help guide me through accepting those times and to find space to love me for me. I still struggle sometimes, but that's more the student than the teacher :)
