I went for my first appointment and everything was fine. My second appointment however, I arrived right on time. I sat in the waiting room for 25 minutes before I left. I confirmed my appointment online. No one ever came out into the waiting room to ask for me. I'm pretty sure I even saw the girl I had seen from my first appointment open the door and peek out quick two different times, but I never saw her face as I was sitting around the corner. I called 3 times and got no answer. I left a voicemail and sent an email stating that I was on time and that I was leaving. I would never go back there. I can't believe they would just leave me hanging and never have the decency to even respond to my phone call or email. Absolutely appalling.
