Worst therapy experience I've had. Therapist Ron May literally told me I was wasting his time and he was 100% not interested, compassionate, or engaged. There was no warmth of getting to understand a perspective or cultivate a conversational relationship. I was disappointed because he was recommended to me by another therapist.

I have been seeing Dr. Daniel Davis, psychologist, for about 3-4 years, and he is the absolute best doctor I have ever seen! And the smartest! He has even been willing to let other people, like my sister, boyfriend, and a caregiver come in so they can contribute to my situation, but also to learn about my diagnosis. He is just such a wonderful person and doctor.

I've visited this place for almost five years. I have always received wonderful care from the providers I've seen. Very good people are employed here. The front office staff leaves something to be desired but the therapy staff is superb.

Call in prescriptions and have been waiting noe 5 days!! To me that is very unprofessional.

I was scheduled to be a new client, I scheduled and had questions after the fact and their phone system is so messed up it MAKES you want to hurt someone. I spent 20 min attempting to reach reception and then our scheduled therapist and the system routinely didn’t allow you to leave a message nor reach anyone that could help. As soon as I can reach them I will be canceling.

I have been seeing Becky for 5 years now and have always been treated kindly and with respect. She is wonderful at listening while also providing feedback and giving me new tools to work through things. She has always been very down to earth and kept things real when helping with things I was struggling with. She is straight forward and empathetic. My daughter started seeing Jenny Hayes at the age of 3 and she is a wonderful therapist! She has been very patient and is great at communicating between my daughter and I. Lots of fun techniques that she uses to help kids work through difficult things. I will say that their billing method isn't the greatest and the only issues I have ever had with the Psychology Center came from their billing department. When I first started seeing therapists there I recieved some past due bills after three sessions, and had to go in and explain that there shouldn't be any bill at all due to the coverage of my insurance. I had them recheck my insurance and it got squared away. It was a stressful hassle, but there haven't been any other billing issues in the past 4 years.

Was told to leave a message on a therapist's voicemail, requesting an appointment. Never received a call back about scheduling.

Really felt that the provider I saw did not pay any attention to the details I gave her and I spent every visit catching her up on things she already should have known.

I found Dr Aaron to be a wonderful and caring therapist. I look forward to my next visit. He asked me all the right questions and gave me ample time to communicate my issues to him. Cheers for Dr. Aaron!

I've had only positive experiences here. The people are nice and helpful. The phone system could use some work, but that's a minor complaint and at the end of the day nobody should judge a psychology center by its phone system.

The therapists here are AMAZING! The front desk staff make scheduling mistakes at times but are always friendly and courteous. Highly recommend this place.

The lack of communication is a big concern. Our initial meeting was awkward. He didn't seem interested to help, basically said he was not a good fit for my child, and he would call me in a day or two with some suggestions. Never heard from him. So I called a few weeks later. He seemed confused as to why I was calling - I told him I was calling because I hadn't heard from him for any suggestions. He said he was going to check again at availability and give me a call back, but I never heard from him. I would not recommend. I will be looking elsewhere.

I was referred by another Dr because my insurance changed, they gave me a zoom meeting with Dr Aaron Sheridan and he basically rejected me as a new patient and discriminated against me based on my diagnosis! Unheard of and very rude! there was no good reason to deny me treatment and put my mental health at risk by not treating me despite being referred, this is medical negligence

Aaron Pratt

Pretty much everything is done over zoom and standard tests are used for diagnosis. Barely got to freely talk with the Doctor to get a real feel of what i am experiencing. The Doctor came up with one diagnosis at first then consulted with others and came back with another diagnosis. I think i was mis diagnosed but even so i wasnt given a course of action to solve the issues i am having.

First appointment was okay...started off with Andrew explaining the monetary penalty for missing a payment without informing them...normally they charge if you cancel within 24 hours, but he said he wouldn't do that. "Nice guy." I thought. Second appointment was a waste of time. All he did was re-ask the same questions from the first appointment. In the first appointment he suggested possibly referring me to get some meds but then in the second appointment he suddenly no longer felt that was a good idea- no explanation why. Billing Practices: not once, at either appointment, did the receptionist ever ask for a copay. When they finally sent the first bill weeks later, it was stamped in red "FINAL NOTICE". --WTF?? There was no first notice and they never asked for money while I was in the office. A few weeks later I get another bill with the same red stamp. Never going back and never recommending to anyone. oh yeah, on my way out of the second appointment, the doc had so little interest in whether or not I would be coming back that I felt like he though I was wasting 'his' time.

Avoid this place. Scheduling is a nightmare, reception is rude and unhelpful, and their billing is out of control. I was told I would be paying $130 per visit and would have to pay up front due to having a high deductible plan. They even called me immediately after making the appointment to make sure I bring $130 with me for my visit. I then had my first appointment which half consisted of their financial rules. They basically will try and charge for as much as they can. So, whatever, I figure it’s fine as long as I get something out of it. Well, the second visit was basically a repeat of the first, plus she thought I could use some meds. The therapists that everyone sees regularly, can’t prescribe meds, so they refer you to ANOTHER doctor in the same facility. So, I had my appointment and was prescribed some meds (that have not helped ). I have now received a bill in the mail for another $300. This is on top of the $390 they made me pay at the time of appt. I called to understand this, and they said that’s normal and the agreement I signed states the appointments “depend on time”. However, ALL of their appointments are the same length. This place is money hungry and have no desire to actually help you. Even if you don’t have insurance, they charge about $250 for each visit. You are better off going to a more respected doctor at a private practice, and pay less!

Exactly how a person can reach this level of professionalism with such a limited view on the benefits to hospitalization is beyond me. It's scary how much she could offend me and some other clients. I wouldn't be here to hear her soap box if I could have just "talked with a friend" during my blackout episodes. This is NOT a place to discuss your controversial opinion. I really hope you take this seriously, Terri. I do not recommend this place.

Overall, a great experience. Ron May, in particular, was very helpful at getting me through a very rough period of time for me. Listened well, provided thoughtful feedback, and shared personal experiences which helped a lot. Front desk staff was also very helpful and respectful. WOULD recommend.

I have found working with Linda through my loss very helpful.
