Charged us $130 to talk for 15 minutes and tell us not to come back. They aren't at all equipped to handle a person in distress and threatened to call the police on my wife. The therapist also laughed at my name and made a rude comment about my wife's weight.

As others have said, the front desk/administration is a mess. I had no problem with my provider, but the other staff were extremely unprofessional and bullies, taking their scheduling mistakes out on patients. Poor communication. Hard to reach by phone. Meds refills can be difficult.

I went there in the past for a shirt time. In the beginning the staff was helpful. Then I started to feel like that my problems didn't matter or exist. I felt like I was being judged by the staff Mostly by the people who are out front. I really don't recommend this place. The staff is horrible and they don't care at all.

They constantly close early (or they're just too lazy to update the hours on their sign). My husband gets a monthly injection there and there's only one person able to give it, so if he's not there then my husband is out of luck. Their official website is a FACEBOOK PAGE. When they started doing virtual visits, they didn't bother to tell my husband that so he wasted time and money going to the office to find it closed.

The staff seems very helpful and kind. However, they are virtually impossible to reach by phone. They don't answer their phone or return calls.

I cannot speak for all the staff, but do not take on Olay Inka for medication management. She displayed unprofessional behavior by lacking in comprehensive notes, and she is extremely unorganized taking up well over 10 minutes scrambling for what notes she did have. Her one year of experience was highlighted by her negligent evaluation that was both minimal and inaccurate for the diagnosis. Inka further displayed misconduct and malpractice, questioning why she prescribed a medication, and then lacked the basic understanding of a different medication she wanted to prescribe. In addition, Olay Inka displayed an abuse of power by shouting and asking rhetorical questions in order to illicit disdain in her client, a form of bullying. The nurse practitioner was acting completely inappropriate as a health care professional. Her graduation from a for-profit, online program is clearly evident (Walden University). If you want a provider for medication management, steer clear!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was there for the majority of 2019. The therapists and nurse practitioner there are rude and unprofessional. My therapist got angry at me and told me she didn't know how to help me. The nurse practitioner there told me she didn't want to treat me anymore because she didn't want to be liable if I were to hurt myself. She said that she wouldn't prescribe me anymore medication or see me anymore and instead suggested I go to John Hopkins. I was at my lowest seeking help and they turned me away. I honestly don't know how this place is still up and running. I would highly recommend NOT to go here for counseling and medication management.

I have only been going for little over a month, but the physical therapy department is absolutely outstanding. Very friendly, professional, considerate, gentle and understanding. I recommend this group to everyone who has physical therapy needs.

I received a very helpful staff in the beginning of my visits.. I was in a bad way..but ...Now I have noticed that the opioid people get most of the attention...they need help too .. I lost a brother doing herion.. So i feel pushed aside..every visit for me is getting my meds..none are scheduled drugs, I am disappointed in the potomac Therapy! I feel these crazy . monthly visits Are only for the money.. I do not feel taken care of...last visit a girl was fired and slammed the door.. cussing up a storm.. children are there..so sorry but this is how I feel..
