Holly is so AMAZING! Her 1 on 1 Sessions and Group Workshops are incredible! I love Art Therapy and she is so great at what she does! She has helped me though so much! I HIGHLY recommend her!

Holly has helped me find and maintain balance within myself through art, crafts and general creation- as well as through meditation, yoga and mindfulness. I have been in and out of Therapy and Counseling for well over 10 years- and nothing has quite worked for me; until I met Holly. Her deep knowledgeable practice of empathy, encouragement and just her natural healing heart brings so much safe space to our sessions. I can't imagine working with anyone else ! Holly creates a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere in her space with her grounding energy. Using creative outlets with the support of a therapist is a great way to express your emotions and tap into the deeper layer of subconscious patterns. As an artist who had never been to a therapy session I found my time spent with Holly was very helpful. Giving me allowance to let go of (some of) the controll I attempt to hold(in day to day life) and a reflection of how it translates to my own creative projects.
