After having moved to Sudbury mid-treatment, CBI Health was there to pick up my case. Having been with the same physio since 2019, moving to a new company was a bit unnerving, but CBI, with their fantastic team and knowledge base helped put my mind at ease. Being with them for the past 5 months, they have helped with strength training, and a return to work program that is catered to my needs and abilities. Being on WSIB, CBI made my transition from my previous company smooth and painless. Highly recommend checking them out! Thanks again for being in my corner!

The staff and therapists are thorough in developing a therapy plan, professional, and punctual in maintain a tight patient schedule. I personally had unique circumstances and the team at CBI Sudbury handled it with professionalism.

Everyone was really good that I delt with except the OT. She was extremely pushy to get me back to work knowing that I wasn't ready. Will recommend for everything else but the Occupational therapist. Not a fan and won't be returning. She discharged me knowing that I had a cold and caught covid and yet she discharged me. Wouldn't recommend

I was very pleased with the assistance I received here. The staff are very friendly. They helped me to set goals for my recovery and then showed me all the exercises and stretches etc in order to accomplish my goals.

Mark Johnson has helped me when I had severe vertigo a few years ago. I went to two doctors before I went to see him who prescribed medication that didn't help at all. Mark treated me and gave me exercises to do. He is professional, knowledgeable and personable.

Excellent team and health/support staff. There is one receptionist who is usually bright and cheery and can make your day. There is another who is the opposite. Fear her. She seems to also be in charge of billing which I understand must happen at a medical place such as this, but this second receptionist I speak of has never made it easy or a breeze to deal with.

Initially I wasn't too sure how physiotherapy or occupational health services could be provided in this manner but immediately saw the positive benefits as they have taken me through my work rehabilitation program. Samantha, Margaret and Sulabh are a highly skilled professional team that have gone above and beyond in providing my care. Highly recommend, as they go above and beyond to set individual recovery plans/treatments. Sulab taught excellent pain management techniques, and broke it down anatomically so you understood exactly what was happening with your body. They were incredible after my car accident.

The entire staff at CBI is nothing but wonderful. Throughout my recovery Covid hit, and the team at CBI continued to provide phenomenal care. Throughout my recovery, I mainly worked with Sulab, and I would highly recommend him . He is dedicated to his patience, very knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. It is clear that he always has he’s patients best interest.
