I cannot say enough good things about the ladies at cotton mill rehab. When you first enter, Gen always has a big smile on her face and is super welcoming. I went in with a year of back pain and Dr. Brand worked with me, even though I was super apprehensive about chiropractors, she explained all the steps, everything that she was going to do, and she went at my pace. I'm still not super comfortable with upper adjustments but she always accommodates me. Dr. Brand also does the soft tissue work and it helps so much. I cannot recommend Cotton Mill Rehab enough!

Friendly, caring service from a professional and cohesive team. I appreciate the attentive care I receive every time I visit the clinic and love that the therapists are so willing and eager to work and communicate together as part of my care team. I suffered a concussion in December and Sarah's concussion rehab care was compassionate, detailed, and was the main reason I was able to return to work as quickly as I did. Dr Brand gives in-depth treatments each time I see her. I leave knowing that my physical concerns have been listened to, explored and addressed. I'm always amazed at the level of care that I receive.

First visit was great! Second not so much, third incredibly disappointing. Do not recommend for physiotherapy. She may be running late and give you 5 minutes of her time or may be sick and not bother calling to let you know. Horrible customer service.

As someone who's had his fair share of injuries, I can say that this has been the best place to go. From physiotherapy to working with a phenomenal kinesiologist to further help with recovery. I highly recommend this place!
