Great staff, they have excellent mesage therapist but you have to book a month in advance, even then it's hard to book your preferred time

It was an ok experience. I found the rmt was too gentle. Had an issue with my lower back and she spent most of her time on NY shoulders. I was happy my insurance covered most of it because it was not worth 100$
