Top notch! As a family we've been for massage (Lee rocks! and not just his playlists) and physiotherapy on more than one occasion. Every visit was a pleasure, the space is great, the people are better, I've always been satisfied my best interests were being considered. Keep up the good work!

Visited the clinic and for issues with my neck and shoulders, was treated by Kelsey. The staff was welcoming and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Kelsey listened to my concerns, treated me for the pain and gave me some exercises to help. I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere at the clinic as well. I would definitely recommend Veitch Physio to others.

If you go to this clinic, DO NOT see Dr. Nicola Penney. She inserted an IUD into me, twice as high as it's supposed to go. She pushed it THROUGH my uterus, and it travelled all the way through the wound into my abdomen. I had to get it surgically removed. I'm still recovering from the emotional trauma of this experience. The worst part is that when she called me admitting to her mistake, she treated me with a great deal of disrespect and lack of empathy. This is called medical negligence.

Great people, excellent service. Staff were friendly and helpful. Heather was excellent as a physiotherapist, both skilled and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable right away. She's also very personable and extremely funny! On top of all this, the rooms have been meticulously appointed and everything you could ask for was there, tidy, clean and comfortable! Great work to the awesome team at Veitch Physio!

I went for a massage treatment here. I had to close the blinds looking out to the parking lot myself before undressing, the linens were sadly thin, no pillows were offered for comfortable positioning and I was massaged on my right side when my pain was on the left. Waste of time and money.

Its a shame about this place because i can only base my experience here on one person. Every interaction ive had wether it was face to face, email or phone she has been nothing but rude and condescending to me. Argued with me on many occasions and isn't even friendly when u go to her counter. I would recommend this place solely on my Dr and not on her receptionnist. In life sometimes your wrong and arguing with a customer who knows they are right will only make you look like an idiot. If you would of apologized for forgetting to tell me key information our conversation would of went way better. You are definitely not cut out for customer service.
