La dame qui m'a répondu n'était pas du tout chaleureuse et a même eu des propos innaproprié à mon endroit. Je le dis ici car je ne sais pas à qui le dire et comment rejoindre les responsables d'Impact Mauricie afin de leur en faire part. La dame m'as dit, et je cite : "Amusez-vous bien !" Je j'avais pas été désagréable avec elle . Je lui ai fait remarquer que les gens qui appellent à leurr PAE ne vont pas bien et qu'elle devrait démontrer plus de chaleur humaine et de compassion dans sa voix. Je lui ai dis ceci avecc de la chaleur humaine. Je suis intervenante depuis 25 ans et adore mon métier. Je pense que cette dame devrait également consulter car il est clair qu'elle aussi ne vapas bien. Je Voilà, c'est dit et je répète que je suis bienveillante et ne souhaite nuire à personne mais plutôt à aider (moi aussi). Mais je pense à des gens vraiment au bout du rouleau et je sais que le ton de voix et la froideur de cette réceptionniste, voire son arrogance peuvent gravement nuirent. Voici la raison de ma démarche. Merci d'adresser la situation.
