I have been so pleased with my appointments with Cathryn. She is such an intuitive listener and really makes me feel heard and validated. She is kind and empathetic, and also very matter-of-fact and knowledgeable. I would recommend her expertise to anybody looking for psychological guidance.

I recieved both EMDR and CBT treatments regularly from Cathryn. I also continued to see her for one off appointments after I completed my treatment. Cathryn was an absolute godsend for me when I was at a very low ebb in my life. She made it safe for me to unearth the pain and traumas in my past and move forward from them, while also giving me the tools to be able to continue living a healthy life when away from her office. If there was a 500 star rating, I would give it to her.
