I recently attended a full day Wellness Retreat with Lift Psychology lead by founder Leanne Edwards. It was an exceptional day! It started off with a warm welcome and fantastic gift bags, followed by smoothies and healthy treats. Three main topic areas were covered including Intentions/Goal Setting, Conscious Eating and Mindfulness training. I would highly recommend this work shop for any individual who is looking to find more focus in their life and looking for success and happiness both in their personal and professional lives. Leanne was an exceptional presenter and offered relevant and effective strategies that could be implemented immediately. I look forward to attending future workshops they offer!
