I have had MLD treatments from Denise before and after my surgery. It is a very gentle massage so I was able to start the treatment the same day after my surgery as she also does home visits. I can truly say, I was surprised how quick the recovery was after my surgery. Denise is very professional and knowledgeable. I learned that she is also trained to teach Manual Lymphatic Draining in Canada and abroad. I highly recommend her to anyone!

Jemma was exceptionally unprofessional. She emailed me the day prior to the appointment after 5pm on a Friday asking for icbc related information. I explained that lawyer will pass along the details. When I walked into the clinic for my appointment Jemma was very passive aggressive, did not introduce herself and asked if my lawyer was calling. When I explained he will share the info during business hours (which is common sense) she got visibly irritated, could not communicate anything beyond ‘this has never happened before’ and ‘I asked you for the information in an email’. Would have appreciated professional staff explaining the process at the clinic in a timely and professional manner - I would have simply moved my appointment to a different day, instead of going all the way there to loose time and be given attitude. If you are looking for a professional treatment - don’t waste your time here. PS. While waiting for the elevator I heard Jemma shouting on the phone. Wow.
