Poor customer service and disrespectful. On November 16 @ 4pm one of the receptionist the way she treated me, an acceptable and feel so sad ????????

I call them to see if they are available today ... they said "we are full all of this week " I tried to ask them if they are available next week to book appointment .. they hung the the phone and never answered back from that day . Worst business people I have ever see in my life .
