Stephanie has helped me so much over the past 3-4 years. She is so open and friendly that she’s easy to talk to, and is genuinely caring about not only what you’re going through, but always reminds you of your growth and continues to help you focus on how to help you cope to multiple situations you may be dealing with. It took me probably 4-5 different therapists when I found Mindful Path Counselling, and I knew from the first meeting I’d be able to open up to a therapist for the first time. Definitely would recommend!
