I had a terrible experience here. The worst manicure you (or anyone else) has ever seen. The manicurist was not professionally licensed and had no idea what she was doing. The RMT roughed me up pretty good too...way overzealous! The owner was willing to work with me to refund the manicure, but overall I would not recommend this place.

I called ahead to ensure my mother-in-law to be had a bottle of champagne waiting for her during her appointment (living in Vancouver made this a challenge to coordinate on my own). Not only was reception so kind to me while organizing but they allowed me to coordinate with them - which involved a staff member named Mike actually going to pick up a bottle of champagne on my behalf. That level of service is so out of the ordinary and I can't express how sweet it was of them to be so welcoming and helpful. 10/10 service !

I went originally because they direct bill to my insurance! And I'd have to highly recommend them! All the staff are amazing; easily accommodating to my crazy schedule! Ana is a great massage therapist, friendly and professional. I love going there!
