Excellent experiences here with Dr. Butler (for walk-in), Dr. Goossen (general surgery), and Dr. LeeChen (now my family doctor). After horrific experiences elsewhere and months of needless suffering, these doctors took my complaints seriously, ordered appropriate tests, diagnosed my condition, and performed surgery and follow-up. So grateful to them for listening and acting.

I’m giving it a 2 the doctors I’ve encountered so far are all polite and amazing.People in the laboratory are great! If only for them I’ll give 5 stars but the receptionists are a hit and miss esp. @ station 2 sooooooo rude!!!!

Absolutely ridiculous servive in my opinion. Went there multiple times got told nothing was wrong went to see my family doctor and had to be put on meds. Took my nephew there for walk in they said he was fine took him to see another doctor and he has a horrible esr infection and cold which we had assumed. Rude receptionists as well.

I was there for my appointment with dr Merlyn Mshiu ..she's very rude and unprofessional .. I don't know what's wrong with that woman ... If you can go to Winnipeg for your appointments I strongly suggest to go there

The staff there is friendly and professional. The paid parking is reasonable priced and ample, and the wait times are reasonable. I was in and out of the lab for many tests within about an hour.

Dr Englebtrecht is great. Reception and Lab staff are great but some of the Lab Staff ( new) are really rough when taking blood. I often have a pretty nasty bruise after. The Regular Lab Staff are awesome.

The receptionist (station 5) I spoke to on the phone was horrible, grumpy and made me feel stupid. I'm honestly scared to call back and cancel my appointment there.

Nurses are rude, screaming at me on the phone for no reason, lying or not knowing their information properly. Losing blood work, urine and so much more. Few doctor's are nice but most of the staff are rude, angry or just wanting to get mad. Need new workers. So many appointments lost.

i came to this clinic for the first time for an immigration medical exam. the receptionists were friendly and helpful. the doctor i saw wasn’t as professional as some but did a good job. lab work went well.

This First Nations man I had excellent care the last 20+ yrs, Fantastic friendly courteous service, knowledgeable staff and doctors the frontline and X-ray, taking blood very patient caring and compassionate.

Very bad attitude. Not recommend for Immigration Medical Exam. Because they will need your card info and charge the money when you book appointment. They promise to return money if you cancel 24hrs before it, however, they don't!

Getting an appointment from this clinic is a nightmare. Receptionist are not even doing their jobs. Then the appointment itself took too long- what should have been finished in 30 minutes took to hours. Simply horrible.

Four a half, for sure. I don't usually demand that staff spend the entire day grinning ear to ear, but the (so far) gals at Station 1 have always been good to me, and even chased me down when I tried to leave without a label for my lab req. The lab is fine too...good as any other in the province. My only complaint is that I got in soon after I plugged the meter.

This is got to be one the worst places in town no parking spots not to mention the staff is always ignorant towards you. I would recommend seeing your local vet before going to see Dr Yuru for and mental health help. He clearly workings directing for VAC and tries to hide it. This wont be my final review.

Some of the most rudest receptionist at any clinic I've been at in brandon. Station 1 and sometimes station 2 and station 6. Although when you go to the lab to get bloodwork the people who work there treat you very nice.

I have nothing but good things to say about Drs at this clinic. With the exception of one Dr, I've had wonderful care particularly through the last 3 years of extreme medical difficulties. Wonderful staff, nurses & Drs. I'm thankful for all of them.

If they ask you to pay deposit be careful, cuz if something happen you can’t go, they won’t return the money back. Try to talk to manager but is so rude even hung up your phone.

0 out of 5 if google allows me. Receptionist at station 5 is mean and horrible. They charge money upfront and refuse to let you know the exact appointment date. Transferred me back and forth between their cashier and receptionist (again station 5) without letting me know what's going on She also tried to tell me I'm wasting her time because I didn't have everything she asked for ready beforehand, which I found ridiculous because the other clinics don't require any of those information. I feel they are racist and don't care about their patients at all. I'm going to make an official complainant to CIC and hopefully CIC can cancel their qualifications for immigration medical exams!

Staff are very rude in station 5! Manager is very rude and wont return my calls!! It's disgusting that staff are getting paid to treat patients this way and you can't complain because no one listens! There needs to be something done about it.

One star for our good family doctor but the fact that I made an apt for my sons and couldn’t get in for 3 months from the call time and then a month later received a letter in the mail saying their apts were cancelled and rescheduled for another month and a half (4 1/2 month wait to get in) and on two separate days (when we live out of town) was very upsetting since my son is an infant and I have some concerns that I don’t trust discussing with a walk in doctor (did that once for myself and they didn’t call me back about my ct scan results that actually needed surgery for later on)

The nurses down stairs that give the immunization are so rude and unprofessional every single time I go there. I can hear them sitting in the room talking among each other. There are 3-4 people waiting. If someone knocks on the door they rudely say “take a number and have a seat” such a rude tone in their voices. Mean while everyone waiting to get seen already has a number and has been sitting there for some time. After someone knocks on the door that’s when they start seeing people. They really need to change the tone in their voices because it’s rude and unwelcoming. And they also need to check outside the door every 5 minutes or so to see if someone is sitting their waiting. I will not be taking myself or my children back there because I’ve always gotten a rude and very unwelcoming experience. We will find somewhere else to go for our immunization. Definitely worth 0 stars. My family doctor and the receptionist at the desk are always great! The ladies in immunization need some serious work.
