Never got a chance to see if the doctors were good. First available appointment is 3 weeks out and they've called to delay the appointment twice. If someone is having mental issues, you need quick responsive help and these doctors are too busy.

Was reccomended by my doctor to go here, been going weekly, for months now, dont let the one star review of the place deter you away.. The wait list here is way shorter than other places, and yes sometimes people get sick and need to stay home from work which may back up their schedule slightly. My advice for the other person who reviewed if they ever see this again or if someone else is struggling is to call a free hotline for to talk to someone immediately. They can be found easiliy on Google. Back to my experience, Parking is a little crazy but thats understandable as they're in a big building, I park at the bank or just across the street at tim hortons. The lobby is nice providing refreshments (drinks) Wifi . All the girls at the front desk are sooo nice and I ALWAYS get a call reminding me of my appointment which is great as well. Its really refreshing going in there. And I always feel better after talking to Dr.Harris she is so sweet and makes makes me feel comfortable enough to talk about anything. Thank you all at FVB, you guys are amazing!
