Not very helpful and felt dismissed. Never felt like I could share my problems. Therapist talked a lot about himself and didn’t seem interested or empathetic.

I highly recommend Evolve to anyone looking to improve their mood, solve problems a different way, learn new coping strategies, deal with trauma, work through relationship issues, better understand your mental illness(es), and more. The process for booking an initial appointment and follow up appointments through their online booking system takes away the stress of reaching out for help. Their staff was knowledgeable, funny, kind, and helpful. The facility is clean and welcoming. I worked with Michael and could praise him continuously. He was patient, accepting, used inclusive language, attentive, funny, kind, and worked with me to develop a treatment plan that worked with my schedule and needs. He was also honest and I need that above anything. After one session I had tools, strategies, and activities I could use in everyday situations. After multiple sessions I started feeling like myself again. Thank you so much to Michael and the team at Evolve!

I had a series of neurofeedback treatments at Evolve that were interrupted by the Covid shutdown. I wanted to try it out to help with stubborn cycles of anxiety - waking up every morning filled with dread. YUCK! After the 2nd treatment, I woke up happy for the first time in months. Better feelings built out from there. I would recommend the treatment based on my experience as very effective for anxiety - especially if you go in for tune-ups on a regular basis. :) The clinic itself is comfortable and inviting. My technician, Gerrilynne, was very focused on my experience.... knowledgeable, helpful and friendly !
