I started at Oasis a few years ago and have had a great experience with the office and all of the staff. They are all attentive, kind, and caring. Apppintments are always confirmed. If I need to cancel or reschedule, they are very accommodating. The counseling sessions have been extremely productive and catered to my need. The knowledge, experience, and professionalism of the staff are the best in the area. I cannot recommend a more caring or compassionate office. Thanks for all you do!

I've been through my fair share of counseling experiences, but Karen was the only counselor who clicked with me. Karen was a nurturing counselor who came from a nonjudgmental place, but would redirect and keep me focus when necessary.

If you want a place that pretends to care about you, by all means go to Oasis Counseling Center, but be warned, there only real goal is to collect as much money as the possibly can from you, if you miss an appointment regardless of reason it’s $100, if you need medical records transferred it’s $25+. Also if you miss an appointment they don’t call to check to make sure your ok, they just charge you the fee and move on. Be warned this place is only concerned with making money, they are not concerned with patient care.

We reached out to Cynthia Ziller in regards to a counseling program. Without even speaking with my husband, she advised that she would not see him for the specialty that she supposedly provides. While I understood some of her points, I was extremely disappointed that she would make an assessment without even seeing my husband first. If you are looking for counseling with Ms. Ziller, I wish you luck.

This business doesn't make it easy to access their services. Very challenging and not indicative of a business wanting to get you served. Messages are not responded to in a timely manner if at all by the admin asst. The process to get an appointment itself is a lot of work on the client. Counseling services were positive, getting in...not at all. Sadly, there is such demand for counseling services that clients/potential clients can be treated however and the business will still survive.
