Building is nice and clean. Saw Lisa, she canceled on me a few times and seemed focused on billing/money that made me enjoy the sessions less. She asked multiple times what insurance I had during my sessions (I didn’t have any outstanding bills and my insurance was on file with her, so not sure what insurance I had was relevant). An overall okay experience, but would encourage people to seek out other options.

Extremely unprofessional and disorganized. After over four weeks of trying to set up an appointment for a minor I'm taking care of, they decided three separate signed consent forms from her father were not enough to provide care. The child had been told multiple times she would see a therapist, and Morningsong canceled on us repeatedly. So upsetting. Oh -- and they charged our credit card before any appointment ever happened!!! DO NOT GO HERE.

My experience with this team has always been incredible. From the start the communication has been great. I have dealt with three different people Lisa, Mel and Tina. Between all three we found the right fit for my 7 year old daughter, Tina, and even gave us multiple options on dates, times and virtual during the pandemic. I’ve referred multiple clients of my own to seek therapy here and will continue to do so. I appreciate the communication, the ability to help guide us in the right direction and the beautiful space they create. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my time at Morningsong for a couple of years. However, I found out my therapist, Lisa was withholding information about what she thought was best for my treatment due to personal issues on her behalf--This still affects me so I wanted to share, once, in a session Lisa said to me, verbatim "run away from me like you do with the rest of your problems." As a psychology student, this was hurtful and unprofessional. I would not recommend Morningsong.
