I just had my second session yesterday with Ajay Erasmus from Lavender Counselling, and I've got to say it is one of the most positive experiences I've had with a counsellor thus far. I appreciate that he takes the time to listen, as well as provide practical solutions to deal with my anxiety on a day to day basis. I also appreciate his viewpoint on what anxiety looks and feels like and how to alter my thought process around it. After my second session, I feel like he "gets me" and has this way of putting things together that I wouldn't be able to do myself. I definitely recommend seeing him as a therapist! I've heard the other counsellors at the office are just as great!

John Murray one of the counselors with Lavender Counseling, is an excellent counselor. Although for anyone who is looking for a therapist, you have to find the right fit, if John is that right fit, you can trust that he is more than capable to help you work through some of your hardest issues. Compassionate, caring, intelligent, and graceful I would describe his methods .If you are looking for solid counseling care, I strongly recommend looking no further than Lavender Counseling.
