It feels weird giving a place like this 5*. The front end staff are super friendly and always on the ball. The Dr I meet with seems to know her stuff and tries to help.

I'm a vet, was or still am a patient there. Asked for help and called multiple times. Didn't even have the decency to call me back to perhaps see what they could do to help. Not even a referral to another shrink. Horrible, just horrible. Zero stars. Garbage. It's all for show. Work on yourself, no one knows you more than yourself, these clowns just pay lip service and collect from Veterans Affairs

An Incredibly professional company, and agree with the other reviewer, feels weird giving a psychology buisness a 5 star review but consider the help they were able to provide my family, they are who I would recommend to anyone.

We give Shauna a 5 star. She has been wonderful at helping myself and my husband. We have come a long way in a few short months. If you feel one psychologist isn't working for you, don't be afraid to ask to see someone else, its ok. I wish I had done that a few years ago.

Unfortunately I have to give this rating as we were declined services due to the fact that the staff are able to choose cases they are equipped to deal with and out of all of their psychologists no one was prepared to work with our teenage son. Incredibly disappointed. When you are already struggling to find someone to help, and then you are turned down by professionals- doesn’t give you a lot of hope about helping your child. Another hurdle for access to mental health help for teens.

Called these people 3 days ago. Talked to the receptionist. Was told I would get a call back from one of their people. Call back never came. They couldn't even be bothered to grace me with a "go away, were not interested". Pretty hard to put your trust in people like that. Why would anybody pay $200+/hr to people that won't even return a phone call. Just plain rude. They obviously make too much money Would give 0 stars but the computer won't let me. A follow-up....magically got a phone call 30 minutes after leaving this review....huh...just a coincidence I guess?? if that's what it takes to get common courtesy I can't be bothered

I spent years in the military trying to talk to Dr fair weather.... At best he was incompetent... At worst he was criminally negligent. He refused to acknowledge anything I said or write any meaning full reports explaining my suffering.if you are military this place is absolutely dangerous and should be avoided at all costs....

My family and I got the pleasure of working with Amanda in August of 2021. Amanda was more than amazing working with our family, she was so sensitive and took the time to get to know us. We felt heard and supported the entire time. She honestly went above and beyond to make sure that something that could be really hard (getting your child a diagnosis) was comfortable. I've never been more impressed with a professional service and the help she has given us will impact our lives forever. I highly recommend Amanda and Cambell and Fairweather.
