Friendly and accommodating staff!

My mother ended up getting cancer and I needed to cancel some appointments. They ended up canceling all subsequent ones (a good 10-15 appointments) and ignored my calls and emails. Right after I just payed 400$ out of my pocket for one appointment. Shame on the people for being such ignorant people after I gave them a good 4000$ + from an accident I was in. Plus 800$ from my own pocket that I wasn't reimbursed from insurance . Glad in a sense since it shows the companies true colors. And I got to spend time with my mother when I could. Went somewhere else and feel more secure and better than going nowhere. Seemed they rather have the money then actually help the client. I would call around. It's also good to have a trial appointment in one place and another to see which you feel may be of some actual help.

I have been seeing Claire Aries for a couple of years now, and my experience both with her, and with the centre have been nothing but positive. They have been accommodating if I needed to move or reschedule and appointment. I've always been able to reach someone if I had a question or concern. Claire is kind, attentive, and highly skilled as a psychologist. She is very sensitive to what the client needs, and I've never felt rushed or pushed to share or work on more than I was comfortable with. She has helped me so much in my healing and recovery, and I'm massively grateful for all that she has helped me to achieve.

Horrible people. Waited 5 weeks to hear back from a supposed liasion with my lawyer. Couldn't have been bothered with me. Very disturbing Look elsewhere

Walking into my first meeting, I found the environment to be warm and welcoming. Joyce had completed my intake and assessment interview. She is a Registered Psychologist, Canadian Certified Counsellor and EMDR Therapist. Also the Owner and Clinical Director of Alberta Counselling Centre. Joyce is kind, understanding and devoted in helping clients. After my assessment, I was booked with Taryn a Registered Psychologist and EMDR Therapist. The past fifteen years, she has worked as a mental health professional. Taryn is helping me through a difficult time in my life. She is personable, genuine, empathetic, compassionate, supportive and culturally sensitive. I feel comfortable discussing personal issues that I have experienced. Taryn has been able to bring clarity into my life, provide valuable insight and motivated me to make positive changes. I am truly grateful! If you are looking to improve your quality of life, I highly recommend Alberta Counselling Centre. Clients are paired with Psychologists who can best relate and meet their needs. They offer a variety of services and have accessible resources in office and on there website. Kari in reception will be able to get you started and is a delight to deal with.

Had a few appointments here with one of the psychologists. I loved the online booking option. The psychologist was very understanding and provided great insight with a few strategies to take and use to improve upon my circumstances. I would highly recommend this place. I was referred by a family acquaintance who had a great experience here as well.
