I started seeing Krystie for physio therapy years ago with neck pain that a chiropractor could not fix. In 2011 post half marathon race I had severe foot pain. Krystie suspected a stress fracture that my doctor did not diagnose. Long story short it was exactly that and again Krystie and her team rehabilitated that injury keeping me training via the pool rather than the pavement. Fast forward to 2017, four marathons later and a multitude of Half-marathons the professionals at PhysioLife have kept me on my feet through RMT and physio maintenance to do what I love: run!

Terrible customer service. Want to maximize profit with no sight of the patients best interest in mind. Jessica the receptionist is extremely passive aggressive and rude. Would not go here even if it was free avoid at all cost.

Unable to get through to the clinic to book appointment. Message says "the party you called will not accept anonymous calls". My phone is VOIP, there's nothing I can do to change how it dials out. I guess I'll make an appointment elsewhere.

I am very impressed with the level of knowledge and expertise Krystie has in her field. She is an effective communicator and breaks down the process in easy to understand terms. Their staff is also very helpful. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I came to PhysioLife based on the recommendation of my family doctor. I've had chronic knee pain/swelling for the last 5 years which has made it difficult to exercise, run or do yoga. I can't reiterate how please I am with my physiotherapist (Julia), and the progress I've made. Julia is very personable and always spends considerable time working with me hands on, educating me, and ensuring I'm progressing through the various exercises and treatments. I've build a strong relationship with Julia over the past few months and feel as if she truly cares about my injury and long term wellbeing. I've been to physiotherapy before, so on top of being super nice, I know Julia is an extremely talented therapist. I'm very lucky to have been referred to her, and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone!

I felt empowered with my recovery. I did not experience similar situations at PhysioLife Physiotherapy Clinic.Other physiotherapy clinics would just tell you what to do and you leave the office. The first time I entered into the office I was seated and I firstly meet Johnny Guan. He took me through several stages. He listened to my issues without interrupting me. Then looked at me. Then he set up a plan. What makes him different from other Physiotherapists was he told me why were doing this, the science of what was causing this, and promised if i committed to the plan I would recover. What made him different from other Physiotherapist was he followed up. It meant he cared about my well being. Its not hard people these are trained professionals. Great Customer Service!!!!!!! PS. I lost a couple pounds doing his exercises.

PhysioLife is an amazing clinic. It is quite spacious and has all the necessary equipment/tools for me to recover from my injuries. I am fortunate enough to have met Krystie and Andrea who played a pivotal role in helping me recover from my injuries. The front desk is extremely friendly and they always ensure that I'm being attended to as soon as possible. I definitely recommend Krystie and her team at PhysioLife!
