WOW! I have never felt more relaxed and rejuvenated after a massage treatment in my life! After a very stressful month and week of packing and moving my mother in law's 80 years worth of treasures, I was in much need of some pampering and therapeutic massage treatments. I decided to go all out with a massage therapy treatment program at Buena Vista Massage in White Rock, BC. I've been to some of the nicest spas and massage clinics in the world and have never felt more compelled to write a review. Even though it is my understanding that all of the massage therapists at Buena Vista Massage are extremely qualified and skilled, Shelley Jackson was very soothing and knowledgeable during the massage treatment. She was genuinely concerned about helping me reach my health goals and asked me questions about what my needs were. Her massage therapy was very skilled and focused on my problem areas. Afterwards, she recommended some after-care things I could do at home and some stretches to help me stay limber and maximize the benefit of my treatments. Because Shelley was so experienced and amazing, I am a repeat client for life. I have also sent my daughter and my mother in law for treatments at Buena Vista Massage. They had the same wonderful experience as I did. I can't believe how great I felt after just one hour! Thank you to Shelley and the team for spoiling me and getting my body moving again. I love how you are committed to helping your clients reach their health goals. You are all awesome and I am so looking forward to my next massage!

Staff needs to communicate better with thier clients . First place i went too where i was new and my 90 minute massage was only and hour because the masseuse talked to me for a while. I thought thats why i came in 20mins before my massage . What a way to rip off your clients .( if thats your protocol let your new patients know.)
