One star -for the receptionist. ZERO STARS for Dr King, who refused life-saving prescriptions and refused to even do an assessment. Don't waste your time here.

This office/group of doctors has to be the hardest place to get an appointment! You can ONLY manage to get evening appointments right before they close! Call whenever you want literally 2 minutes after opening, you will NOT get an appointment in the morning regardless of the situation you’re in (they gotta know why you’re coming in)... it’s ridiculous and should be managed better instead of them always being overbooked... specialists are easier to get an appointment with and THAT in itself should tell you something bout this place...

My experience here has been great my own doctor is here as well, he’s knowledgable and thorough. To see these people leaving poor reviews because they are impatient and have no capability of understanding the pressure someone is under on the other side of the desk to get their job done is saddening, it’s a sad statement about the expectations of people in general now a day. Most of these people have many negative reviews in general at many places, too bad someone can’t leave a review about them and their behavior. It’s not a McDonald’s drive-through where you have your results in a few minutes. So to the staff and doctors here, many of which I’ve dealt with personally , keep up the good work don’t let the negative Nelly‘s ruin your day .

pretty much designed to keep people out. hours of operation are inaccurate. google says they open at 4:45 but i got there at 4:30 and they were already open and full for the day. can't even call to confirm their business hours because they have an automated message telling you they don't answer the phone when they're open.

Visited the walk-in clinic with my daughter...saw Dr. Senior. It was a very thorough and very informative appointment, he had sincere care/concern in his demeanor. When I stopped in the following day to get information for the requisitions received, the nurse was very personable, professional, courteous, truly went over and above.

There was about 17 people ahead of me, but I was seen within an hour and 15 minutes. The doctor was very friendly and offered me great advice. Waiting room has plenty of room to sit. Best clinic in North Bay!

Waited just under three hours to see a doctor to have a medical I was paying for performed. I was then told that since I was $2.00 short of the $100.00 the medical cost (for which they only accepted payment in the former of cash) that the doctor would not see me. I offered to drop by the following day with the toonie since the office would be closing after my appointment and was informed by Dr. Galema that would not be good enough. Not really what I expected returning home to Canada after five years abroad.

Horrible experience at the walk-in clinic. Abusive, unprofessional receptionist spoke to me in a threatening manner telling me that the walk in clinic will soon be permanently closed, and then threw my health card in the air in my direction instead of politely handing it to me when it was time to give my card back to me. Receptionist also attempted to diagnose me when she has no business doing so. Doctor did not introduce herself. They take approximately 20 people and then close the walk-in clinic for the day! Clinic is supposed to be open from 5-8 PM Monday-Friday, but they close at 7 PM or earlier.

This is a review for Dr. Mike Leckie. Dr. Leckie is probably North Bay's best, most competent doctor. If you're lucky enough to have him as your doctor, or if you're lucky enough to see him during a walkin or ER visit, you will know what I'm talking about. He takes you seriously. He takes your issues seriously and requests the proper testing to be done. He doesn't need to rely on google to diagnose like most North Bay doctors, he knows his stuff and it's clear that he is a smart, knowledgeable, experienced and most importantly, EMPATHETIC doctor.

Showed up a 4:45 when office was supposedly open and there was a note on the door saying "stop not accepting any more patients at this time" with about 15-20 people in the room. Man i wish health care wasnt free. Would weed out people abusing it going up with a runny nose....
